TECHNICAL TRAINING:
We offer our employees a wide range of the training programs that they need at our own training facility in Corpus Christi, Texas. Some of these programs include topics like forklift training, catwalk training, and Hazmat training.
LEADERSHIP TRAINING:
We understand the importance that leadership has to the development of this company and our workforce, so all Zenith Oil and Gas divisions and rigs take part in the our Leadership Training program. This program offers performance implementation and coaching for operational efficiency, world-class safety culture, and leadership development by helping our employees grow and succeed through the core values of:

ABOUT ZENITH
Our Manufacturing and Fabrication Facility is equipped to construct our rigs with certified substructures, masts, and crowns. Every rig in the Zenith Oil and Gas fleet is equipped with a top drive, automatic catwalk, and EDS controls.
